U.T.I. was a punk rock/80's hardcore with a mix of thrash band from San Juan Capistrano, CA.
One of south Orange County's finest bands that is not very known- along with other bands from SJC and surrounding cities such as Against The Grain, Gadnium, Violation, Johnny Monster and the Nightmares, The Bullies, Bored To Death, Side Effect, Power Assault, Symbolism of Belligerence, Hangover, Alisyndred, F.R.I, Corruption, Cause & Effect, Cantankerous... the list goes on.
